The deadline for the next edition of Family Councils’ Program newsletter is quickly approaching. The deadline for submissions for Volume 11, Issue 1 (to be released in January/February 2012) is November 14th 2011. The goal is to make it your newsletter, and we invite all Family Council members to submit articles short articles.
The theme for this edition of the Family Councils’ Program newsletter is “Intergenerational Partnerships- Bringing all generations into the Home!” We are looking for articles (100-300 words) that focus on an activity, program or event that your Home or Family Council has done that brought different generations into the Home. Examples include a youth visiting program, a grandchildren’s day or other creative ways of bringing people into the Home. Does your Council have a story to share? Contact the program coordinator for details and to submit your article!
